What delivery service do you use to ship packages?

Do you offer shipping outside the United States? 

Atomic Movie Store currently does not sell outside of the 50 U.S. states.

When will my package ship if I have no preorder items in my order? 

If you place an order Monday through Friday with only in stock items, the order will ship in 24 to 48 hours of being received. If the post office is closed for a Holiday, your item(s) will ship when the post office resumes operations. Orders place Saturday - Sunday will not ship until Monday (unless Monday is a Holiday, in which case it will ship Tuesday). 

THE POST OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON LABOR DAY (MONDAY SEPTEMBER 7). ORDERS PLACED SATURDAY - MONDAY WILL BE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8.  

When will my items ship if I add preorders to items already in stock?

Please note that all items in an order ship together.  Mixing in stock items with preorders and/or preorders with different release dates will delay the shipping of your order.  Your order will not ship until all the items in the order are available to ship together.   Video labels do occasionally shift release dates of products due to production issues which could further delay the shipping of your order. If you are wanting to receive products as close to street date as possible, we recommend that you place separate orders for items. We offer a variety of USPS services for shipping. 

How will I know if my package has shipped?

You will be notified by email and a tracking number will be provided.  Please check your junk email folder as sometimes automated email shipping notices get filtered as spam.  You can also track your order with the Shopify APP. 

Can I track my package?

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the product ships. You can track your package by using the app or website of the shipping courier service. 

I am concerned that my package will get damaged during shipment. 

All home video products are shipped in a cardboard box with packing material.

Lost or Missing Package Once an order leaves Atomic Movie Store, I have no control over it.  Please track your order with the information provided and contact your local post office directly with inquiries about your package whereabouts with your tracking information. You will need to contact your local post office for assistance if you have a package that the post office shows as delivered. I do not provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
