After the violent death of their parents, twin brothers Chad and Alex (Jean-Claude Van Damme in a double role) are raised separately. 25 years later, Chad is a successful karate instructor in Los Angeles, while Alex earns his money with partly illegal businesses in Hong Kong. When the two meet for the first time in their lives, Chad's foster father Frank (Geoffrey Lewis) reveals to them that their parents have been murdered on behalf of gangster boss Griffith (Alan Scarfe). Despite their differences, the two warhorses get together and embark on a joint vendetta against Hong Kong's underworld.
